Worksystems provides nonprofits with a layoff aversion program

As a result, Worksystems has set up a $200,000 Layoff Aversion Fund available to community-based nonprofit employers that are facing the difficult decision of laying off workers as a result of the COVID-19 crisis.
In this initial round of funding, $76,000 will be made available to Washington County nonprofit agencies, and $124,000 will be made available to Multnomah County nonprofit agencies to help avoid layoffs.
Worksystems has also been collecting information and is developing a crisis response and recovery effort.
